Important Notice

The Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Prevention Act of 2010 (Cal. Health & Safety Code 13260 et seq.) was signed into law.  It requires "owners of dwelling units having a fossil fuel burning heater or appliance, fireplace, or attached garage" to install a carbon monoxide detector.

 

It is the responsibility of TWCM HOMEOWNERS to install a Carbon Monoxide detector if their manor falls within the above description.

The deadline to be in compliance with this law is January 1, 2013.
