Budget and Finance
The Budget and Finance Committee assists in preparation of budgets by the managing agent and recommends budget approval to the Board. The Committee monitors financial statements by the managing agent and assists the Treasurer in guiding the Board through its statutory reviews of the financial statements. The Budget and Finance Committee meets at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Room at the Gateway Complex the Wednesday before the Third Mutual Board Meeting. [Agenda]

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee establishes and maintains the dissemination of information of Third Walnut Creek Mutual to the residents. The Committee conducts semi-annual New Resident Orientations and also Maintains the Third Walnut Creek Mutual website. The Communications Committee meets at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room at the Gateway Complex the Tuesday before the Regular Third Mutual Board Meeting. [Agenda]
Governing Documents Committee
The Governing Documents Committee, on its own initiative or on request by the Third Mutual Board, drafts changes and additions to the governing documents of Third Mutual for approval by the Board and promulgation throughout TWCM. On its own initiative or on request by the Board, it may also recommend enforcement actions for approval by the Board. The Governing Documents Committee meets at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Room at the Gateway Complex the Thursday before the Third Mutual Board Meeting. [Agenda]
